MUMBAI Tata Group president N Chandrasekaran and his family have bought a duplex in a Pedder Road luxury palace in Mumbai for Rs 98 crore which property request spectators described as a big “ high- profile” sale. 33 South, a 28- storey hutment, is a high- end condominium near Jaslok Hospital in south Mumbai where the Chandras have been staying in the duplex on parcel for the once five times.
The duplex on the 11th and 12th bottoms is spread over a carpet area of roughly sqft. “ The Chandras were formerly abiding then for some times on a yearly parcel reimbursement of Rs 20 lakh,” said sources familiar with the deal."Chandrasekaran moved into 33 South Condominium after he took over as president of Tata Sons on February 21, 2017,” said company interposers. Real estate request sources said similar high- value deals in Mumbai are many and far between.
